Last Friday you completed the decoration of Mrs Michael’s flat in Harrow.
At her age she says she is not able to write a testimonial for you, and asked me to do so on her behalf. To say she is delighted with your work would be an understatement. Your painter, Jimmy, did a wonderful job, moving furniture and ornaments thoughtfully and carefully. He carried out the decorating very professionally and put everything back in all the right places.
He carried out a couple of extra chores, and refused to take anything for doing so, and best of all, finished a day earlier than expected, and you deducted a day’s work from the final bill. She will be recommending you to all her friends, who like her appreciate having only recommended workmen in her home.
